A lively ruby red in color, the Vino Nobile 2008 offers aromas which range from ripe red fruit to spice and black pepper.
On the palate the wine is supple and elegant with crisp mineral notes which are characteristic of its grape varieties and its terroir. Soft on the finish, it shows the excellent ripeness which the Sangiovese (locally known as Prugnolo Gentile) grapes attained in this vintage.
