and subtle hints of the cask ageing. Aeration reveals notes of sweet spices, dried stone fruits and dried apricots, alongside biscuit aromas and lactic hints, such as dulce de leche. Sweet, voluptuous mouth feel. Balanced and unctuous on the palaye, with noticeable yet very pleasant tannis. Very long finish with acidity adding a touch of freshness, with smoky and toasted notes and candied citrus peel."
